Hi, I'm Alex! I am a certified Reformer Pilates instructor through Balanced Body, recognized as the gold standard in Pilates certification.
The Align Room is an intimate, semi-private Reformer Pilates studio where each session provides an opportunity to connect with your breath and foster the mind-body bond. With just two Balanced Body studio reformers and an array of props at your disposal, our lessons are tailored to fit your individual skill level.
We are conveniently located in Downtown Puyallup, WA, just a short 15-minute drive from downtown Tacoma. Our studio operates from our home, and when you sign up for a class, you’ll receive a welcome message containing our studio address.
